First of all, I chose this hotel for the amenities. After arriving in the early evening I wanted to relax in the suana. I asked for the location of the sauna and was told they didn't have one. So, Iaked about the pool, once again, they don't have one. The customer service person said we do have a gym, located on the 1st floor. Okay, not wanting to workout, just relax.I retired to me room. Once there, I turned on the television to discover the satelite had no signal. I called the front desk and several minutes passed, finally someone arrived to repair the signal. Easily the first hour did not go well. I returned to the front desk and asked about the massage facility, the customer service person told me it is for ladies only. If I wanted a massage I needed to walk down the street to a mens only salon. The misrepresentation of ths hotel and its services must be clearly advertised. I will not stay at this hotel again. The rooms are very nice, but the service and amentities are very below standard. Good Luck if you stay here....
We had a very good experience during our stay. The location was great close to Airport and other restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.
