Very Bad hotel

I arrived to hotel at the beginning I wasn’t satisfied with the hotel, and before of check in I ask the receptionist if I can stay only this night and cancel the rest which was three nights all together.
He said no there is no refund, and I told his can I use internet he said you have to pay 1 hour 20 Drham , then I paid I used only 20 min and then I went to eat when I come back I was unable to use internet , I been told you have to pay another 20 Drham , because it is one hour but must be used all in one time.
The room was too old and very dirty , the equipment very dirty , I strongly recommend no one can go to this hotel you don’t feel that you are in Dubai in that hotel.
Then I left the hotel second day without getting my money back , even I sent email to the company called Asian rooms , but unfortunately the ignored my request they never come back to me.

We are very happy with the Hotel...

We are very happy with the Hotel Accommodation except that extra guest facilities such as internet connection is very expensive and discouraging.Same one could say the Telephone usage. There is not much guide for Dubai sight seeing in the Hotel.

You need to pre-book your choice of...

You need to pre-book your choice of breakfast the night before - either Arabic, English or continental and give them a time when you would like the breakfast to be served in your room. Sometimes they can be on time but other times they're either 10 or 15 minutes late. Location was good as you're a short walk to Mall of the Emirates but beware as you are surrounded by a lot of construction sites so it can be quite noisy and you can definitely hear the noise from your room! There was not one taxi driver who has heard of this hotel - They would drive around a lot trying to find it which costs you more so try to remember what's near and what turn to take at the roundabout. We ended up giving directions to them instead. There seemed to be a lack of communication between receptionists. We enquired about an excursion we wanted to book and it took a lot of effort finding out who was the tour company, how much it costed, and what time we were going to be picked up. We had to ask 3 different receptionists for answers. On our last night, part of the bathroom ceiling and shower rail fell off when I closed the door. It took a day and a half for maintenance to fix it so we ended up having a shower in another room!! Overall, this hotel is ideal for budget travelers and not for those who are seeking luxury at a '4*' hotel.

Very good flats, cleaned every day, friendly people, all the facilities available, security and reception 24 hours. I would highly recommend it

Good overall hotel in good location for...

Good overall hotel in good location for shopping at mall. A lot of construction around but it was not noisy do not let that put you off. Pool very small, rooms a good size and very clean, friendly helpful staff. Not great for families.
