While the overall property was beautiful, the hotel seriously lacks customer service skills. For starters, the check-in process took over an hour and we were offerred 2 separate rooms that had a strong odour of smoke. The 3rd and final room that we settled for was beautiful and very comfortable but in time, one notices cracks in hygiene overall finesse. Overall, the hotel has HUGE potentioal to wow its customers but they seriously need to work on their customer service skills and ultimately delivery to their guests. I would probably not return to the this hotel again.
