You get what you pay for with this hotel, nothing extravagant but good value for money! Good base for exploring Dubai. Friendly staff, nice rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen equipment and cutlery etc are very minimal so not very well equipped self catering. We would stay here again!

Wake up call
At the time of check I ask wake up call for 06:00am which was neglected and as a result I did not be in time for my work. Lack of customer satisfaction received from the reception. Over all Hotel was great.

Dubai stopover
The shabby carpet on the front steps gives a poor first impression but the staff were friendly and let us check in early. Room would benefit from refurbishment but for the price you can't grumble.
As it was marooned in a wastleland of concrete and car parks it's useful to have a reasonably priced restaurant on the spot which serves really good food of various nationalities.
Would recommend for a stopover.

Hotel rooms are big but in bad shape, toilets are very dirty and food is not up to mark. I don't recommend any one to stay there.

The quality of the hotel room, bathroom...
The quality of the hotel room, bathroom and service by staff was not high. However, the price was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in Dubai. This hotel would be suitable for budget travellers or families who like using the kitchens.

I arrived after a 18h flight tired...
I arrived after a 18h flight tired at 7am in the morning. The hotel declined my check in request and said that they dont have a room cleaned yet. I asked if I have another possibility, and they offered me a "early check in fee" for about 2 room rates I booked the hotel for. So the hotel acutally had a free room, but they let me wait in the lobby rather than let me in the room I would stay anyway. I travel alot and stood in hunderts of hotels and didn't experienced such a bad customer service before. Its cheap and you will see why.

I'd an enjoyable stay at Jourmand Hotel,...
I'd an enjoyable stay at Jourmand Hotel, the quality of the room was outstanding and price was excellent, could not find any problem to reach the hotel from the airport, it is around 10 minutes and so near from BurJoman mall, highly recommending it. Special thanks for Asiarooms for the easy way of booking and quarantee the reservation.
