Excellent accomodation with all family needs catered for, close to Local shops for every day needs, walking distance to Hall of emirates. Good facilites for Children. Good secure parking and Mosque within walking distance. Very quite and peaceful enviroment. House keeping was excellent and friendly. Duty manager was excellent to ensure our needs were met and takeway resturants within walking distance. Would definitely use again.
Good value for the money
Very hard to find they allowed us the room after a long flight early which was really nice of them.
The room was good value for money ,but the washing machine didn't work and they didnt explain how to work the hot water service ,we ended up having cold showers, it was a bit rough and ready but it was ok for the money we paid
The one bedroom apartment was excellent for...
The one bedroom apartment was excellent for our needs, family of four - with 2 children ages 9 and 15. The location was within 10 mins walk of the Mall of the Emirates so we were able to wander over for shopping any time. There were lots of great value eating places right next to the apartment - these were much better value and tAste than any of the big outlets in the Mall and would even deliver to the room if required. The Metro station in the Emirates Mall is perhaps 20 mins walk but there is also a station being currently built around the cormner so will be extremely close. The rooftop pool and patio area is fantastic - possibly the biggest we have seen - lovely cushioned sunbeds and nice towels provided. The Gym, steamroom and sauna were brilliant too - kept my husband happy! The maid came in every day and tidied around and put fresh towels in, the televisions were great and there were films on a number of channels everynight. Fridge was stocked with fizzy drinks, water and chocolate as a minibar at a charge - we didn't bother but popped down to a small minimarket over the road and stocked the fridge up ourseles at a much cheaper rate. Taxis were easy to hail (hotel taxi approx 20 UAD more than standard taxis but was reliable for an early morning start back to the airport). Only point to mention is to be aware of the sofa bed situation - make sure you specify the ages of your children! - we were assured the sofa bed would accommodate our girls as the child age for the hotel was up to 17 however when we arrived the room had 2 small 2 seater sofas in which were to be used for the kids - clearly my 15 year old would not fit into the sofa comfortably so we had to request a room move. This was done the next day very efficiently to give us a 2 seater sofa for our 9 year old and a long 4 seater for our 15 year old - this worked fine but you need to make sure you arange this at the time of booking!
All in all great apartment hotel, lovely staff, fantastic facilities and perfect central location - book this one its great for a reasonable stay in Dubai!

I spent a great time in this hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful all the time. Room was very clean. great place for families and very close to one of the best malls in the UAE.
