Terrible
Please do not book in this hotel. cochroaches, dirty towels, unclean floor, terrible noise and staff with attitude when clearly the hotel is at fault. I should be receiving a full refund. Lucky for me i onl stayed for 3 days. DO NOT BOOK.

FELLOW GUESTS
This hotel is more suited to single guests than families. It is fairly basic, reasonably clean and very good value for money given that it is in Dubai and right next to the Mall of the Emirates. A good base for shopping but I wouldn't want to spend much time in the hotel itself.

short but fantastic holiday.....
It was a fantastic experience with the staff being very friendly and helpful I would definitely be coming here again and wud defintely reccomend to friends and family

Good but not 4 stars
The room was quite big and it was cheap, but we noticed that the hotel was a 2 star hotel not 4 stars as the website says
