Newly Renovated Rooms
The place is pretty decent. I stayed on the second floor in a recently renovated room that kind of wreaked of fresh paint. The bed was nice and big but the room was not really put together well. The desk barely had space for me to sit at comfortably. I would say it is a good place to stay for business but not really good for families. Overall not too bad.

The photos of the hotel were far more impressive than the hotel itself.. certainly the room we had was not a part of the photo gallery.... and it was clear why the 'view of the entire city from the rooftop pool area' was taken at night and not during the day; if it had been all you would see are large plain buildings and a multitude of satellite dishes... and a very small pool. The staff were less than friendly.. the service in the restaurants was poor at best... and the food very average.... maybe that explains why we were only 2 of 6 people there at mealtime. Finally, my credit card was charged for one night prior to us arriving.. then for the entire stay when we arrived.. thus taking money for an extra day. When approached I was told it was just a 'hold' and not really a 'charge' and that I should just contact my card company. The next day I informed them that I did contact my card company and it was in fact a charge.. they said again it wasn't... said there was nothing they would do about it and that it was my card company's issue. Not sure that I will ever see that money again. I traveled to 9 countries last year alone.. and have stayed in many hotels.. including several cities in India.. and this was by far the worst... I would like to use your site again.. but am hesitant...

Hotel was value for money. I only paid 215 AED. I guess if I had to pay more for this hotel then I dont think i would have choosen this hotel. Considering i only booked it a day before I thought It wasnt bad. The location was perfect for me. Its near Dubai Creek. There are also other major 5star hotel near by and City Centre is only 5min drive ( Aprox. 10AED in taxi). Airport is very nearby again 5 - 10 in Taxi and aprox. 12 AED taxi charge to the hotel. Ofcourse Airport to hotel would be a aprox. 32 AED as Aiport taxi start at 20AED before you leav the airport. Now if you are looking for beach then it is miles away. However the hotel does provide bus service to its sister company. I think there is a charge. Not to sure as I did not use this service. Hotel rooms size are nice but rooms do need some updating. Bathroom, well it was very basic. Need major improvements. The hotel is listed as 4star, Im not sure about that. I do have ny reservation about this. I would give overall 3.5 star. For what i paid i guess it was not too bad. Like i said before I dont think i would have stayed here if i had to pay more. Service from This website was great.

This was blast minute booking...was really impressed with location and service. Tue service was the jest I've seen and I usually stay at 5* hotels. Price was good and people were friendly. Your guide was also on site. My wife attended the on site beauty service. A little expensive but worth it.

Its good value for money. but there is no tea / coffee in the room which is very strange for a hotel you pay about usd100+ per night.
