The Ibis website provides that they have a parking space, we were only told when we arrived that the parking area will be closed for two days. There were plenty of guests who complained since the receptionists were asking us to park from afar... it was only when i told them that if parking wont be provided we will just be staying in another hotel (since when i booked the hotel one of my considerations in choosing the hotel is the parking area) that they provided us a better parking area, i.e parking of another hotel, still a bit far from from the expected parking but at least nearer.
However, i can say that if you come to Dubai for leisure and you'll be out all day then whatever you're paying is worth it as you can soundly sleep after a long day.
