The hotel's location is perfect far away from the city's traffic. Also the receptionests are friendly and helpful. One thing upsets me the cockoarchers in the first flat , but they immediatly shiffted my luggege into new and clean flat. In mu opinion higher levels more cleaner , so next time i'm going to book aroom in the fourth floor .

1) Heavily used furniture + a lil dirty walls
2) Shallow room cleaning
3) Units of 2 bedrooms not spacious as seen in the website
4) No tissues in all rooms except bathrooms
5) No litter box in all rooms except bathrooms and kitchen

The hotel facility is somehow fine, but...
The hotel facility is somehow fine, but the receptionist is very rood. We arrived at the hotel around 12:00 noon after 10 hours driving, we i checked in, they told me that the credit card machine is out of order and i have to pay cash, When i told them that i will bring cash after one hour, they said, we will open the room for you but we will not give you the key till you pay, even-though they have my & my family passports with them. Later, i brought them the money and they told me that they don't have change, so they will keep 250 UAE Durhams with them till I check out. This is frustrated me.
Also, the hotel location in the map is different than the actual location.
