Was Eid and so busy. Got this at a really good price but it didn't quite live up to it's star rating. General areas and rooms were clean, stairwells and less used areas not so. Attention to detail lacking i.e. batteries in safe were dead, lamp switch broken, one day bath mat left not the next, 3 days no fresh fruit at breakfast, 2 out of 4 days problems accessing internet and on one day had to wait over an hour for resolution. Music in the hallways intrudes into rooms and noise from other guests very intrusive. Cuisine is good but heavily Indian influence and breakfast very little arabic food. Not a terrible hotel but disappointing as with a little more attention could be much better. If I were paying the correct rate can think of several equivalent but much better hotels.

Very noisy with party till 3am. Noise...
Very noisy with party till 3am. Noise from fan in other rooms all night. Breakfast not appealing.Would not stay again. clean,basic,- Cheap but spoilt two days.
