Nice rooms, look past reception
Very nice rooms, fully fitted to a high standard, with full kitchen and washing machine,microwave,kettle,2 ring hob,all utensils very good.Bathroom very spacious, also very good, cleaned daily, towels replaced every day. Some have mentioned soft bed on here,i loved it myself.Table and chairs to eat at,more comfy chairs to sit in with another table, safe deposit box, iron+board. All in all very good standard room.
When you leave the hotel turn right 1minute there is a supermarket so can shop for food there.Turn left short walk the metro station,i used all over town £3 unlimited use metro+buses. This i found to be very good, and i used taxis for short distances after that.
Dont use the non metered red taxis in front of hotel, they are expensive and do not offer a better service, proper cabs are cheaper and legally have to run the meter from the time you enter.
Now i have stayed in hotels in many different destinations, leaving your key in reception when leaving for the day/evening. When i did this at this hotel i came back in the evening to be met by blank faces and no key. This is my problem with this hotel, they are a little bit strange, so look past the reception because the rooms are really very nice. Another thing booking via good booking agency, you still have to pay 20% local taxes extra, which was in small print but you should bear in mind.
