My mum and I visited for a week long break, we enjoyed the space that the 2 bed appartment gives, the staff were helpful and the food in the attached Thai/Japanese restaurant was very good and very reasonable priced. The let down's were; the pool - ice cold and in the shade all day so no good for relaxing in the sun, the balcony - again no sun all day and no balcony chairs/table, the spa - very tiny, no relaxing music, no lovely smells, no waiting area, not all treatments were available as advertised (yoga/meditation) generally quite bland in comparison with many in the area. The location is convienient for the metro station and there is a shuttle bus to Mamzar beach every day. I would recommend and stay again BUT only for business.

The hotel is very good ,i have a few points;
To improve the toilet cleaning and to take extra care on cleaning, as it is a new hotel every thing is excellent, but if the same cleaning method will be going on, the rooms and toilets will look very dirty faster, otherwise the hotel is very good
