Beware of Asiaroom: Service not Star Rating
I stayed in this hotel over the christmas pariod. The location is good, close to the Internet city metro station. The reception and other staffs are really helpful and friendly and they made my stay comfortable inspite of other problems. However, I was greatly disappointed with the miscommunication in between the Asiroom and the hotal, not to mention myself. I had to pay hotel charges more than I believed I had to pay; I was denied access to broadband which I was told was included in the package deal; the cost of broadband access is exuberant ridiculously . The room television was not working and I could not enjoy any Christmas and Boxing Day programme. Room supply of hot water was unpredictable.
