hi, the hotel is good for this much money. If u need comfort , better go for high value.
This hotel is relatively good value for money for Dubai, although it is a little out of the way. The room was generally clean tho when I checked in there was still a used drink can in the room. Other things which could be improved are the beds which were extremely hard. It would also be nice if the room was made up during the day. Finally the front desk service was fine when I arrived, however when I checked out there was a different person there who did not say a single word during the entire check out process.

First of all I would like to congradulate for your service, the service I got from your side is greatly appreaciatable. At the same time my expectation about the hotel and their crue was absolutly wrong. The first reply I have received from their reception was "your booking was not confirmed", then I show him my booking confirmation, and he was saying me to wait for 30 minutes for checking. my room was not ready and I got a small room having three bed, i was booked for 2 bed room . I was very unhappy about that room he provided.
It was small, no internet facility, no proper tv channels, not good service, unpofessional staffs...
Anyway it is not your mistake at all. but I have request, please tell them to deal customers properly and gently, otherwise people will blame you too. My dealing was with you only, not direct dealing with the hotel at all. your service is appreciatable, I would like to congradulate you for all services.

I really enjoyed my vacation with my husband at shalimar hotel, at 1st, i read all rubbish comments made by people and thought we were in wrong envronments, untill we saw the place ourselves. the managers were extremely friendly, the room service boys were more than good, infact the chef was absolutely perfect. i will never ceased using shalimar park hotel anytime am in dubai. We met so many people who had been using the same hotel for 3yrs and they neva had any issues with their staffs. very easy access to anywhere in dubai. Pls guys, dont blive on all other rubbish comments made by people, see it ursef. we stayed there for 8nights and it worth living there any time u visit dubai.
