Great Service
Fantastic service no request was any trouble. They let us into our room early after arriving at 5:00 AM. Also on Leaving I was called back to the desk from the car provided to take us to the airport as cleaning staff had found my camera in the room. I was so thankful as this was the beginning of our holiday and it was so good to get it back immediately. A big thank you to room staff.
An exceptionally fine hotel, but.....
This very fine, characterful hotel seemed like paradise - until we met the bed-bugs. As experienced travellers, we were well prepared, squirted all around the bed with tropical-strength insect repellent and kept the light on all night. They didn't bother us any more. (We were perhaps remiss in failing to mention the problem to the staff, but in our experience creating a fuss sometimes pays but more often doesn't). What a shame, the bugs are our only complaint, but a devastating one. Apart from this unfortunate encounter, I would recommend this hotel to anyone (unless you want to spend time in the bar - as far as I know, there isn't one). Great location and ambience, large, beautifully furnished room, good breakfast and lots of service extras, such as fresh fruit delivered to the room, late check-out and free airport transfer. Check-in was a bit tedious and the reception staff, though friendly, were rather unsmiling and uncommunicative. Obviously, we have very mixed feelings about this place - would probably not risk it again, but the bugs might have been a one-off incident, so maybe other travellers should not be deterred.

Very friendly and helpful all the staff from the doorman to the managers!!!
Hotel is nice but has a very old fashioned look and feel to it. Breakfast was not worth it as it was absolutely awful and no refund given for breakfast.
Great family accommodation
we were very impressed with the 2 bedroom family apartment. the service was generally good and the location was excellent for the Creek area. However, on arrival at 5am, we were told that our room was not ready. This was very dissappointing considering that we requested twice, telephonically that we have an 11 month infant with us. After much debate and demanding, we finally got our rooms. this was the only bad experience and the rest of our stay was very memorable. We will definitely go back there again.
Poor Break Fast
The breakfast is poor. cold and no having a lot varieties. They need to improve. Such hotel deserve better.
