Relaxing Dibba
Thanks god Dibba is only 3 miles away with great restaurants at next to nothing prices.
The resort is an old building in a relaxing beachside location with good facilities but the food was awful and unfairly over priced. The Hotels managers insisted to charge additional service & taxes when Asiarooms booking was clearly inclusive of service & taxes. They had no ears for our complaints.

It was amazing really all the staff...
It was amazing really all the staff was proffesional .the view are amazing the beach everything .only the food was ok it can be better
Good overall stay in the hotel however...
Good overall stay in the hotel however the room was not ready when we checked in. We had to wait until 3.45pm! In other hotels, Check-in is on 2pm (if not before). This has wasted alot of our time that we couldve enjoyed at the pool or beach instead.

great place to unwind from the city, staff were excellent and food was great value and lots of choice. a few comments; the hotel should insist on an adults only pool, as kids were in all 4 of the pools. breakfast on Saturday was farcical as too many people needed access to breakfast at once so the choice became limited when bustled upstairs.

Stayed 2 nights and the wait to checkin was worth it as got upgraded to a Deluxe Room!
The JAL Hotel is all that has been written in earlier reviews. Room was good size, bathroom and facilities clean, helpful staff. And yes, the white carpet in the room does need to be changed!
Maybe there should be more options for food choice, but enough options for a two night stay.
Weekends look busy so probably the best time is during the week and when its not too hot.
Relaxed break and would recommend it for those looking for a short getaway.
After the initial shock of the outside...
After the initial shock of the outside architecture which is brightly coloured cubes not at all in keeping with the environment. I kept trying to decide what colour it should be.,we were delighted with our entire stay and would highly recommend it to those who want to escape Dubai for a few days and enjoy the amazing landscape. The service from the moment we arrived at the front door never disappointed us.
The staff were friendly welcoming and professional. The manager of the Breeze and Marco Polo restaurant was a true hospitality professional always anticipating our needs and made our visit even more memorable. We also noted that the manager of the Arabic Restaurant also was well trained and an exceptional host.
My only comments would be that the food in the Asian restaurant should be offered Asian style that is for sharing not western style i.e starter, main course. The food quality was very good and presentation and cleanliness of a high standard.
