Concorde Fujairah Hotel  

Let me begin my feedback by mentioning that this is not a place to visit if you are expecting any level of customer service. We were a group with 4 families and had booked 2 suites and 1 standard room. We checked in to the hotel at 15:05 although our booking on AsiaRooms.com mentioned the check in time was 14:00. However the actual check in time as per the hotel is 15:00 and check out at 12:00 noon.
None of the rooms were ready at 15:05 and we were offered the standard room at approx. 15:30. We had to cramp ourselves with the tired kids, ladies and elders for a good 2 hours. Then they handed the keys to one of the suites at 17:30 and the other at 18:00.
The front desk staff were least bothered with the inconvenience they were causing to their valuable guests and we had to speak to the senior management to have some cmpensation for all the hassle they had put us through.
The Manager, then offered us a full board package with all 3 meals to compensate the throuble we were put through. (we had booked the rooms on bed & breakfast basis).
The rest of the day was peacful with access to the pool / billiards table etc.,
The food was not that great for a hotel of this level.
Finally, I warn anyone who is looking for great customer service, do not dare stay in this hotel. But if you enjoy great interior decor and good furniture then it's worth a visit.
Remember, the world is moving towards great customer service and that's where the good is outdone by the great & the best around the world.
