not very satisfied
Once we arrived, there was a problem getting the booked room, then the key was not working, replaced be a metal key, there was no gas supply to the cooker and there was a problem with the hot water in the shower. Any how I'm pleased to see them responded quickly, and I'm sure that they can improved quickly
