Delighting guests since 1994 this superior 4-Star accommodation is next to Alloway, birthplace of national poet Robert Burns, on the A719 coastal route in Ayr. We are praised for our excellent service, spacious well furnished double, twin or family bedrooms and superb breakfasts using local produce. We are located just 5 minutes walk from the beach and the River Doon. Late arrivals and early departures from Prestwick airport are catered for with "breakfast to go" if you prefer. The Balgarth bar restaurant is just 5 minutes walk and we can also provide snacks of home made soup and sandwiches. We specialise in accommodation for wedding guests at the nearby Brig O'Doon House Hotel, offering a free lift to the hotel. Breakfast choices include free range hen or duck eggs from the local farm, haggis and smoked Scottish salmon.
