This 1643 Jacobean Farm Manor House and cottages is set in a modest 45 acre estate on the edge of the World Heritage City of Bath. The buildings are Grade II listed and the property is set in an official area of outstanding beauty and area of conservation. Brittons Farm Estate was the first property to be built in the small picturesque hamlet of Beach - home to a number of TV celebrities.

The property offers all the excitement of Bath yet is situated in the heart of beautiful countryside offering an excellent fusion of 'Town and Country' living. Your accommodation is only 8 minutes by car into the heart of the city centre and less than 3 minutes from 'Landsdown Park & Ride'.

We offer a flexible package of fully renovated accommodation options - from a Luxury Junior Suite with its own small private lounge ( equipped with 42" Ultra Slim Samsung LED TV and B&O music system) to a luxury Double or Twin bedroom experience.

All our bedrooms are very well equipped and include LED Flat Screen TV - Sky Satellite TV including full Sky movies and Sky sports package - music system with radio/CD player and a selection of music to suit most tastes. Our rooms and our service are definitely 5 star - however as we have purposely not gone down the route of 'Visit Britain' and the Tourism Board ( waste of time) we have only been able to give ourselves a Four Star rating because of Laterooms self assessment policy.

Breakfast options are from continental through to a healthy organic 'Full English' using where possible only locally produced 'West Country' ingredients. We are both trained and qualified chefs and provide some welcome additions to the standard 'bed and breakfast' menu - for example: Bircher Muesli,Eggs Benedict,Bagels with smoked salmon and creamed cheese etc. All of this is uniquely served in your room which has plenty of space for a dining table and chairs facing out through the floor to ceiling windows onto the central courtyard gardens.

When in your private suite we encourage you to relax and enjoy your stay - in the morning you can sit in your 500gm toweling robes and enjoy your sumptuous breakfast served at your white linen clad private table and just let the world slip by!

In your room you will find a number of well thought out touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. These include complimentary ground coffee and herbal teas, quality flap jacks & cookies, special built in hairdryers in the bathroom (see pics), and Molton Brown bubbles and hand lotion.

We are able to provide a limited but delicious evening meal menu - available upon request in advance - or we are blessed with having some very good country pubs within 2-7 minutes drive from the property.

Although the property is termed a 'farm' it is not a working farm as such and therefore you need not worry about the 'noise and smells' sometimes associated with a farm based B&B experience! However that said we do have lovely chickens that provide us with fresh free range eggs and then there's 'Matilda' the Micro Pig (not available on the menu as the children would be most displeased!)

So in summary we offer modern, stylish,contemporary, high spec/quality living set in a traditional environment - you won't find any 'Chintz' here - so we regret if Chintz is what you're after then we're not able to oblige.
