staying for crufts
my partner and i were in Birmingham for crufts dog show this year and i chose this hotel from the internet listings so wasnt sure what to expect.....found the accommodation and the service without fault and would definitely book again. lovely clean rooms with lots of extras...including hairdryer,ironing board with iron, t.v. with dvd player and own tea and coffee facilities which staff dont grumble about when you ask to be restocked. breakfast was included in the price and had a nice variety of items to choose from in the buffet. you could order a cooked breakfast for a reasonable price and they even delivered to your room.staff friendly and helpful.would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the Birmingham area...also close to all main motorways so access brilliant.

there was refurbishment work going on but that did not affect the stay,overall excellent service and comfortable room and very helpful staff.
