Comfort Inn Birmingham
This is a really good hotel. It has many things going for it: it is close to the Bull Ring and Coach Station which is very convenient for travellers. The service is generally good; we received good instructions over the phone to reach the hotel, and once at the reception, we were treated well by the staff who even talked to us about our home country, Singapore. The room quality was generally good. The breakfast was extensive, especially the Western Breakfast. At the same time, there was an old lift. This is interesting: on the one hand, the lift is hard to operate and takes a while to get used to. On the other, it does add a bit of charm to the hotel. Overall, this hotel has many positive points.
