The hotel is located in the quiet North Shore area close to Blackpool town centre, Blackpool Tower, the Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre, Funny Girls, shops and the town centre bars and nightlife.

We have been operating here for 11 successful years now, so we must be doing something right! We are a traditional family run Bed and Breakfast and aim to please as cleanliness and customer care are are top priority's.

Car Parking is available for your convenience if required, we have 6 car parking spaces available if required please put in notes on late rooms bookings, the cost is £2 per day which covers your stay up to check out time on the day of departure . We are one of late rooms top hotels in Blackpool. Hair dryers and ironing facilities are available or if you prefer an ironing service is provided free of charge. We have a licensed bar available with reasonable prices. We will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. A one nights stay per room will be taken as a deposit this is non refundable balance payable on arrival. A further 50% is due if cancelled 7 days before arrival date.
