From the M62 junction 27 eastbound

At junction 27, exit towards Bradford/Leeds/A62/A650/M621

At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto A650 towards Bradford,
go through 2 roundabouts, single traffic light, double lights & at next single lights
turn left on to Toftshaw Lane
Turn right after 800 yards where there is a new housing devolopment taking place on the R/H/side then left after 100 yards to stay on Toftshaw Lane.

continue on Toftshaw Lane for 400 yards
At crossroads turn left down farm road ,(you will see a sign for Butchers Farmers Ltd), then turn right at first set of gates in to a large courtyard,
The farmhouse which is part coloured white is facing you
