Directly opposite the West Pier, the Regency is a city centre hotel in Brighton. We are a 200 year old house, converted into a small Guesthouse Hotel in 1976. We work hard to give our guests a nice, friendly and clean place to stay in the heart of Brighton followed by a traditional home cooked breakfast. We are offering a different kind of service to the big hotels and hope you will enjoy staying in our home. read more

You can check in from 14:00 to 21:00. You need to check out by 10:00.

We do not accept debit cards for reservations.A valid credit card is required on arrival for pre authorisation. Reception closes 9.00pm, after then there is a 50 pound fee. All bookings are charged at time of booking, if you need to cancel your booking you remain liable for the cost but we will do our best to re sell any rooms and refund the money minus a fee of £5. You cannot choose a specific room when you book through this website, rooms allocated by the hotel. Check hotel for full terms etc
