With its setting on one of Brighton's finest squares and with breathtaking views of the seafront and the spectral West Pier, George IV Guesthouse is an ideal place to stay to get a true flavour of Brighton. Close to dozens of restaurants and bars, and a short walk from the city's theatre, conferencing and nightlife quarters, not to mention the beach out front, it's perfect whether you're here on business or pleasure. Half of our rooms have wonderful views across the square to the sea, including the gorgeous balcony room for a spot of pure indulgence (not available on LateRooms, sorry!). Offering a warm and friendly welcome, Steve and Sue are there to ensure you have a great stay and the guesthouse comes highly recommended. Just out front there is a handy, but out-of-sight, underground public car park. Please note the guesthouse is non-smoking throughout.
