Cottage Lodge is an award-winning five star Bed and Breakfast. It is well located in the New Forest village of Brockenhurst. Near to cosy pubs, and charming restaurants, walks in the open forest, cycle hire, station and shops. This charming 17th Century Forester's Cottage was voted the Best B &B in the New Forest by the Guardian. Cottage Lodge offers its guests accommodation on a room only basis giving business guests the opportunity to head off for work early in the morning and enjoy breakfast with colleagues. A locally sourced beakfast is available for just £7.50 per person from 8.15 - 10am. Check-in is from 9am to 8pm. All bedrooms have a clean and comfortable en-suite, TV, hair dryer, Interior sprung mattresses are standard throughout. There is free WIFI access in the public rooms and many of the bedrooms. The Victorian village of Brockenhurst is charming and set within the New Forest National Park. Open forest is just a few minutes walk from our front door. We have a small, beamed snug bar where guests are welcomed and with an honesty bar. We have parking at the front of the building.

You can check in from 13:00 to 19:00. You need to check out by 11:00.

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION AND NO SHOWS: To secure a reservation we charge a non-refundable deposit of one night’s accommodation for each room booked. A booking made with the Cottage is a contract. As a small accommodation business we do not operate an overbooking policy. We respectfully point out that if you cancel a booking the deposit cannot be refunded. If you do not arrive on the first night of your booking we will wait until 9pm for you. After that we will assume you are not coming. If you make a cancellation you will lose the first nights deposit. However, if your booking is for more than one night the following rules apply: Seven days notice: You will be charged the first nights accommodation only Less than seven days notice: You will be charged the first nights accommodation, and although we will endeavour to sell your room for the remaining nights any shortfall in income to the Cottage Lodge will be charged to your credit card. This could be the cost of the full amount of your booking. Once checked in, if you cut short your stay we will do our best to resell your room for the remaining nights but you will be liable for any loss Cottage Lodge makes. This could be the cost of the full amount of your stay.
