Professionally designed, brand new, detached, self contained cottages on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds take their theme from 5* USA Suite style accommodation that is delighting our guests. All rooms are deluxe en-suite and have the use of the kitchen and living facilities to offer you flexible living, sleeping and eating.

Urban chic in a rural peaceful location blends two lovely styles that is perfect for business trips, weekend breaks or a holiday get away. Each room offers views of horse paddocks or ponds. Cottage guests have full use of the 5 acre mature grounds with Koi Carp pond and fountain, swings and slides, trampoline, zip wire and football nets. (All used at clients own risk.)

The cottage facilities include dishwasher, shaver point, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, microwave, oven, all crockery, cutlery, kitchen items, deluxe towels and Egyptian cotton linen duck down pillows and duvets (anti allergy available upon request) Freeview TV in all rooms and living areas. Daily Housekeeping is standard. Continental breakfast included in the price. Traditional breakfast ingredients are also available sourced from local farms.

NEW Complimentary pick up and drop off service from the traditional Suffolk beamed pub and restaurant.

Additional extras are Bike Hire, free access to the 125 acre Suffolk Wildlife Trust attached to the 5 acres of garden. read more
