Springwell Inn, CARMARTHEN

Hotel Description

The Springwell Inn is a traditional Welsh cottage pub offering bed and breakfast accommodation directly opposite Pendine beach. The beach is over seven miles long and runs from Gilman Point to Lauharne Sands, perhaps being most famous for the land speed record attempts held on the firm sands on the 1920's. The popular resort of Tenby is close by, as are the historical towns of Carmarthen and Narbeth. The village is the gateway to the Pembrokeshire coastal path and there is an abundance of wildlife in the local area.

The Springwell Inn is superby situated on the seafront and offers spectacular views ut over the sands. The pub is over 500 years old and retains many of its original features in the bar area, including a period fireplace and original beams. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are available and all are home cooked. Our home made chips are a must! A changing selection of real ales are available in addition to a wide range of of wines and spirits.
