everything was fantastic- if had to be...
everything was fantastic- if had to be picky, there wasnt enough sun lounges and the bathroom shower leaked everwhere. service and staff couldnt be more helpfull- they were amazing!!!!!

I really enjoy my stay in THE HAVEN ,the staff were really nice when we check in. They even congratulate us on our honeymoon(we dont even tell them, i only booked through asiarooms and indicate we were honeymooners). you will being served with welcome towel and welcome drink once you arrvied.
After check in, they showed us to our room and explain all the facilities and amenities in our room with patient. We stayed in a one bedroom suite.
The enviroment where we had our breakfast in hotel is excellent(although food is not much variety) outdoor facing with pool, fresh air and bright up your day with their excellent CAfe Latte with only cost you less than USD 3 per glass!Imagine you can get this price in a hotel with standard coffee quality assured.
This hotel is great for couples and honeymooners.Although the place is not as huge as other hotel . Even without jacuzzi and sauna service provided(they claimed will be coming soon) but all the staff are well groommed and always Have a great smile on their face!
The only Things drove me cray is the Shower(together with bathtub)in the bathroom need more attention due to water will spread through window glass and water dripped out from the bathroom into the bedroom. I need lot of towels to dry it up.
Otherwise, this hotel is excellent with romantic feel and spacious room.I really prefer the bed outside the balcony which you can sleep in the afternoon or laying down for a star/moon viewing at night!!BRAVO!

The Hotel is new and fresh.The staff are well trained and very freindly.The price of the hotel is expensive although that seems to be the going rate in Bali right now.All in all a very pleasant stay.I will most likely stay at this hotel again.

Had a wonderful time at The Haven, the Suite I had is incredibly spacious, clean and well designed. Kudos to the concept of having beds at all the balconies for couples to have their wine and star gazing session. Loved the relaxing breakfast I had at the pool side. Nothing to complain about, will defintely visit The Haven again. = )

This hotel is clean and the size of the room is big. There's just one particular service that I got disappointed about. when I checked in which was after 9pm, I only had some plastic shopping bags in my hands and they only pointed out the room to where it is. I dont even know where I am going. I walked for 5min wondering where, until I saw a room attendant and asked to where my room was, and she so kindly helped me. There were two male officer behind the desk, when I checked in (and a female whom looking after my bookings)but out of this two male officer nobody even bother to offered me any help with my belongings or even guide me to my room. I did travel on my own for a few days to organise a wedding for next year from Australia and being of an Asian descent, I felt that you need to be "white" to get that special treatment. But aside from this, AsiaRooms did a very good job in organising my stay. Thank you very much AsiaRooms.

We booked this hotel as it was offering very good discounted rates as it has opened only recently. We were given a suite instead of the hotel room we booked. This was because the whole complex is only about one third copmplete. They didnt tell you this on the internet site. So breakfast was small and just ok. There was a tiny area where a very small pool was and no sun at all to sunbake. To be honest there were no facilities at all, ie massage centre, business centre, restaurants, pools, gardens etc. The rooms were large and furnished very well. Although they have a massive problem with the bath/shower. It floods everywhere when you shower and it is also very high and hard to climb over. I dont think an elderly person could actually get in! Would be interesting to see what it is like when finally finished which I dont think will be until October.
The Haven could be a perfect place...
The Haven could be a perfect place to stay. I mean, it's located in the perfect area, you can just walk to the beach as well as walking to the shopping and dining area of seminyak. Everything is reachable between the area. They have a very nice room, hotel interiors, dining area & very good athmosphere. It's just they have unprofesional staffs, it seems they're lack of experience and somehow the General Manager doesn't even around. Unlike other hotels. The check in time was taking forever. Breakfast area is limited, doesn't compare to number of rooms they have, And they have no queuing system during breakfast. So, most likely we have to get our own table. The toilet flush in our room, keep broken all the time. I had to call the mechanic like 4 to 5 times a day until our last day there. And the hotel didn't even say apology or tried to move us to another room. or any complimentary or anything to show us that they are sorry for what happen to their guest. No! Nothing! Pool towels wasn't provided in the pool area. So we had to ask the staff to get one. The towel came after 1 hour :)

We like the place and service so much that we will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Bali, seminyak! :)
