Directions

From LondonTake the M40 north leaving at junction 8.

Follow the A40 to Oxford and Burford.

Turn right at the roundabout into Burford.

At the bottom of the hill turn left onto the A424 - Stow Road.

After about 8 miles turn left at the traffic lights onto the A429.

In 1 mile turn right into the Slaughters.

Washbourne Court is in the centre of the village just over the river on the left.If you want to travel by train there is direct service from London Paddington to Moreton-in-Marsh.

From there you can catch taxi or a Pulham Bus to Bourton-on-the-Water.

Lower Slaughter is approx 1 mile on North-East of Bourton.From North and East MidlandsTake the M40 south, leaving at junction 15.

Follow the A429 south to Moreton-in-Marsh then Stow on the Wold.

Approximately 3 miles after Stow, turn right onto the Slaughters.

Washbourne Court Hotel is in the centre of the village just over the river on the left.
