From the A30 follow the signs Lelant, Carbis Bay and St Ives.When you reach a hotel called Porthminster on your right take the right fork down into St.Ives.Follow the 'through' road signs round the harbour and the Sloop pub will be on your left.Turn left and left again until you reach Bumbles Cafe-turn right.go 25 metres and stop.

Binns is up an alleyway called The Meadow.
