DART MARINA is situated on one of the most spectacular estuaries in Europe. Providing stylish accommodation and offers complete luxury. All bedrooms are beautifully contemporary in style since a recent refurbishment including bedrooms lounge and reception areas. The River Restaurant has a unique flavour of the sea. Fresh fish and shellfish arrive here daily from Dartmouth quay and nearby Brixham. The food is truly excellent, the surroundings beautiful and elegant, blended with an informal and friendly atmosphere. An hour or two in the Spa will ease away the daily stresses from your life. The luxury health spa with indoor pool, treatment rooms, skilled therapists, grooming room, fitness suite, Spa Bath and steam room can all be enjoyed everyday or any day.

During November and December Dart Marina is redesigning seven guest rooms. The layout of the rooms is being adjusted so that each bed faces the River – it’s hard to imagine a more stunning view to wake up to. The new soft furnishings and decor will be in keeping with the rest of the Hotel with a palette of soft, natural tones and comfort at the heart of each room. The changes are in response to feedback from guests and also include adjoining walls being sound-insulated. The redesign will only affect one corridor so disturbance to guests will be kept to an absolute minimum.

Wildfire Bistro has also closed as Dart Marina is planning a new dining experience, which will make the most of its beautiful riverside views. Dart Marina is due to start work on the new venue in January 2012, and open it in the spring.

From January to March 2012, another wave of seven guest rooms will be redesigned and Dart Marina plans to start the redevelopment and redesign of the ground floor. There will be a larger restaurant, bar and terrace area that will all focus on making the most of the riverside views and ensure that the Hotel delivers the very best hospitality for many years to come. read more
