The location of this apartment is amazing. It is set in Edinburgh's oldest remaining courtyard dating back to 1600! The court yard and apartment are very quiet yet right on the royal Mile so all the famous sites like the Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace are literally on the door step. It is also just minutes walk to all the famous nightlife of the Cowgate and Grass Market. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and the lounge has two sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has huge bath tub with large head shower over it. The apartment is basic but is clean and warm and the location will make up for any perceived lack of luxury. It is perfect for families with children as so safe but also great for friends to have a good time in Edinburgh. Full Payment taken on booking
NON SMOKING. Min 3 nights all peak periods and events and august. There is a 2.5% credit card charge, no charge on debit cards. A security deposit of £200 or 50% booking value (if higher ) is authorised against guests credit/debit card in case of damage/smoking etc. Full terms and conditions are sent on reservation. You can check in from 16:00 to 21:00. You need to check out by 10:00.

The value of the first night is taken on booking from the card supplied on reservation and is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the day of arrival and is non-refundable if booking is cancelled or in case of a no-show. If balance is not paid within 4 weeks before arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking. First night is retained at all times. A security deposit of 50% or Min £200 of booking value pre authorised on your card on day of arrival.
