Super holiday apartments in the centre of Edinburgh. The apartments are fully equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing and fun break and are at varied locations all never more than a few minutes walk to Princes street and all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The apartments are 2 to 3 stars and are immaculately clean, warm and extremely comfortable. One of the huge attractions of 3 of the apartments is the onsite swimming pool, sauna and small gym which is free and for the exclusive use of residents. This is a perfect way to relax after a hard days shopping or sight-seeing or the morning after a good night out! These apartments also have very secure private parking which can be pre-booked for a small fee. (Please do double check upon booking that you select the apartments that indicate the pool is present to avoid disappointment!) Other apartments are perfect for hen or stag parties whilst others are perfect for families. All linen and towels are provided if requested for a small charge of £5.00pp or you can bring your own. Also we are happy to stock the fridge for you if you let us know what you would like although there are numerous supermarkets a very short walk away. The apartments are suitable for groups of friends or families or business people who want a home from home whilst working in the city. Please note where to collect keys as most apartments have key safes outside so you need to call on the day of arrival to get the code for the key safe. The apartments with the pool have their keys kept at our main office at 14 Granville Terrace (only 1 mile away by road or a 5 minute walk away if on foot from the apartments themselves. The walk is a lot quicker than the drive through a very convenient short cut. Please come for the keys before heading to the apartment. We do send out a full confirmation email once your booking has been processed to explain all this and we provide a google map link to show you exactly where to come and exactly where your apartment is located. You can check in from 16:00 to 21:00. You need to check out by 10:00.

The value of the first night is taken on booking from the card supplied on reservation and is non-refundable. The remainder of the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the day of arrival and is non-refundable if booking is cancelled or in case of a no-show. If balance is not paid within 4 weeks before arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking. First night is retained at all times. A security deposit of 50% or Min £200 of booking value pre authorised on your card on day of arrival.
