Gold Rill Hotel, Grasmere  

Directions

The hotel is easily accessable by road or rail, the nearest station being at Windermere.

Taxis are available from the station and the journey to The Gold Rill Hotel takes around 20 minutes.

Coming by car from the south, turn off the M6 moterway at junction 36 and follow the A591 through Windermere and onto Grasmere.

Turn left into Red Bank Road which is opposite St Oswalds church.

The Gold Rill Hotel is a little way down this road on the left.

From the north, turn off the M6 motorway at junction 40 and take the A66 towards Keswick, turning left at the sign for Windermere and Thirmere and onto Grasmere.

Turn right into the village and follow the road for approximately 1/2 mile until you come to St Oswalds church as before.
