We have a very contemporary licensed bar that is in keeping with our other facilities.
There is an inside non-smoking policy throughout but a patio area outside the lounge & bar, part of which is under cover, can
be used for smoking and has automatic lighting.
All our rooms are en-suite with showers that have superb unlimited hot water at mains pressure. Two also have baths. All have radiators with radiator covers with individually controlled thermostats.
All have free view flat screen TV's with DVD players, free Wi-Fi internet access, separate seating & tables. Luxurious dressing gowns, slippers, complimentary luxury toiletries, dressing table with lots of mirrors & hair dryer. All have a tall mirror, safe, alarm clock & fan. Tea & Coffee making facilities & biscuits. Fridges are on each floor to keep the milk & fruit fresh & the water cool & under each fridge, a table with extra treats. All our suites have their own fridges. Our two suites have their own entrance hall, separate sitting room & shower room.

5) Luxury Suite King Double or Twin Wellesley & Sea views
2nd Floor :-
6) King Double or Twin with Norfolk Square & Sea views
7) Twin with Norfolk Square & Sea views
8) Luxury Suite with Wellesley & Limited Sea views if windows closed. Sea views if open

6 of our bedrooms are located on the 1st & 2nd floors (3 on each), so if stairs are a problem, please bear this in mind - but we will do our best to help you as much as we can!
