The proprietors personally supervise the smooth running of the hotel which is situated in the heart of Gretna and is also the nearest hotel to the world famous Registration Office. Close to Anvil Hall and the famous Blacksmiths.

All rooms have colour tv, tea & coffee making facilities, modern furnishings and all rooms have en suite. All rooms are non-smoking. We have single, double, twin, family rooms and four posters for that special occasion. Bar meals or a la carte dinners served in the evenings (booking essential).

Spend a pleasant evening with us in our lounge bar where you can taste the flavour of Scotland from our wide range of malt whiskies or enjoy one of our specially home cooked meals in the dining room (Booking recommended). If you simply want a relaxing evening we have a private residents lounge with colour television. Hunters Lodge Hotel is an ideal base for a touring holiday, the Scottish Borders, Hadrian's Wall and the Lake District are all within a short drive.
