Hotel Description

The Regency is a charming Victorian guest house located opposite the boating lake and a European Blue Flag beach. Owners Nicole and Marina are ready to greet you with the warmest of welcomes. All our rooms are en suite and have been completely refurbished winter 2011.

In the morning a delicious breakfast is served in a sun-lit front room overlooking the boating lake.
Several choices from the menu including tempting home-baked treats are completed with freshly ground coffee and a laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast ingredients are organic and sourced locally whenever possible.

Small fisherman port, Harbour Amusement Park, tennis courts and Littlehampton's other attractions are all within easy reach. The town centre is only a short stroll away, as well as an indoor swimming pool complex. For those who want to venture further afield, the historic towns of Arundel and Chichester are close by.

Littlehampton's marina is a favourite West Sussex hotspot for watersports including sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and yachting.
On the western side of the river Arun sits Littlehampton's golf course, the oldest golf club in West Sussex.

Parking is free on the street in front of the house.
