Our family run Victorian Guest House is located on the seafront in a quiet location opposite the Beach and Harbour Park amusements in Littlehampton. The seaside town has many things to offer and is great for families and kids. We are under 2 hours from London and we offer you a great base for your holiday, business stay, or visit to family or friends.

All our rooms are stylishly decorated to a high quality standard, en-suite and some with great sea views. All rooms have flat screen Freeview TV, tea & coffee facilities and free WiFi internet access.

We offer a choice of breakfast including full English and the produce is sourced locally.

We have the river Arun were the kids and parents can crab fish, Marina and come try the towns new Power boat ride out to sea. We have some great pubs and restuarants in the town serving local brewed beers and delicious food.

Parking is available on the street in front of the guest house and when it is very busy, if available, we can offer parking on the drive of our garage block. read more
