With 17 apartments including 4 stunning duplex apartments sleeping up to 20 and a show apartment that has no equals. All apartments can be booked daily, weekly and monthly with a package to suit your needs. Each apartment retains their original features and are professionally equipped such as every high end apartment.

We also offer a range of double rooms, quad rooms and studio apartments within our three locations on Bold st, Victoria St and Matthew St. Your location will be confirmed prior to your arrival.
Service is paramount with a 24 hour concierge service at your fingertips offering VIP entry and reservation to a number of Liverpool clubbing hotpots and restaurants, each one of our apartments has been designed and built to exacting standards each with their own specification, and provided with common essentials. We have also teamed up with a number of city brands to provide discount to VIP services along with your stay.

Location is second to none with hundreds of facilities with walking distance and a mass of premier retail brands and outlets across the city, with a high end fitted kitchen and the option to have essential foods delivered on arrival, All of our apartments have been furnished and equipped to the highest standard with complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, LCD TV's, iPod Docks, DVD players with complimentary movies available, some with PS3 and games.

Security Deposit - A £100 security deposit minimum is required up to a maximum of £500 depending on apartment, for breakages, damages or loss of keys/ fob on check in. This is returned on check out.

Please note Non residents will not be permitted into the building. No guests under the age of 18 (unless accompanied by an adult). Large parties are permitted only in the Bold St and Matthew St locations.

Updating Rates

You can check in from 15:00 to 21:00. You need to check out by 11:00.

Upon booking we will require a non-refundable 25% deposit which will be taken from your card on booking. If you would like to cancel please do so via Laterooms and they will notify us of your cancellation. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours, if you cancel outside of this time you will be charged the full amount for the first night's stay.
