Please read carefully. I have only one apartment in this quite residential apartment block. I usually only accept a minimum of 2 night bookings if your selected dates falls on a Liverpool football club Saturday home game but please check with the owner as this is not always the case: I am a European Capital of Culture Ambassador 2008 as approved by Liverpool City Council. A fully refurbished and furnished apartment in a very quiet residential purpose built apartment block 1.3 miles from city centre 1.5 miles from the new Liverpool Concert Arena and Europe’s biggest shopping centre Liverpool One with over 120 shops bars restaurants and multi-plex cinemas and 5 minutes from the world famous Albert Dock and Beatles Museum and the city’s nightlife, the apartment is close to the vibrant and trendy lark lane area with its many wine bars traditional pubs and restaurants including Turkish ,Spanish, Mexican, Italian, Indian, Chinese, French, and even a Jamaican restaurant making this one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the city, ideal especially for a romantic break with a loved one, and why not make that break even more special with a bottle of quality champagne on ice on arrival the cost for this is only £25 please arrange this prior to arrival with owner...The apartment is about 4.5 miles to Liverpool and Everton football clubs you can catch a bus outside the apartment direct to Liverpool football ground as well as being less than 5 miles from the famous Aintree racecourse, on a major bus route into the city centre buses are about every 5 minutes, there is also a taxi rank 100 yards away, the apartment is close to the Royal Hospital and women’s hospital and an ideal base for doctors and hospital staff. Also very close to Liverpool University and not far from the student accommodation and an ideal base for the mums and dads visiting the kids at uni for the weekend. The apartment: situated on the fifth floor of 5 and accessed by an elevator it gives some views across the city and backs into a park. You will receive a residential car park pass on arrival free of charge. The apartment has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is comprised of a new kitchen and bathroom with everything you will need for your visit. I will list some of the amenities on offer...
- lounge comprises of... 42" hmdi plasma TV, digital music system, blue ray DVD player a selection of DVD movies and music, discs and a selection of board games for your enjoyment.a deluxe pull-out bed available a surcharge applies.
- Broadband wi fi internet connection and virgin media TV package

- bedroom comprises of... new bed and quality mattress 20"lcd TV with virgin media package as above broadband internet DVD player and a well stocked mini bar at very reasonable prices for that late night drink.
- Kitchen comprises of... new fully fitted kitchen with large fridge&freezer, washing machine, oven/hob, microwave, breakfast area...
- Bathroom comprises of... new bathroom suite and overhead shower mostly tiled in white. The apartment also consists of laminate flooring throughout, a new electric heating and water system, double glazing and dinning area in the lounge. Your tariff will include heating and linen during your visit... I pride myself on looking after my guests and will try to meet any requests you may have please ask. I look forward to meeting old clients and new… Polite notice: under no circumstances will more guest be allowed to stay than originally agreed upon, nor will the apartment be allowed to be used as a base for parties or groups of people.playing of loud music is also not allowed at anytime If you cannot abide by this you will be asked to leave imediately without recompense. read more
