Hotel may have been refurbished, but upkeep is poor and general 'un-clean' feeling in our room. Water pressure in shower was a joke, you need to allocate an hour for showering, as the water took long time to warm and the pressure was mostly a dribble. Location was brilliant for us, very close to Victoria tube and a great Sainsbury supermarket a few doors down, plenty of trendy eatery and cafes too. The staff at the hotel are borderline rude, show no interest in customer needs or service. However the price was great and you can overlook the bad points and just get on with your holiday, but for me i think i will pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.
