Disappointed
A good looking hotel, in a good location.
Only noticed I booked a Double or Twin at reception when they only had a twin available. I am a big bloke at 6foot 6ins, the single bed was far too small and uncomfortable.
No non-smoking rooms available. To be fair, whilst the corridor stank of smoke, the room was surprisingly clear and was fine. Free breakfast provided to compensate.
Slow service at breakfast, and few tables available cleaned. Hot meal was not when it arrived after a long wait.
Great bar with views over the wharf, excellent service with a smile.
