Service staff were generally friendly, but were not particularly service oriented. Room was unbelievably small! It was so tiny that the main door could not swing open with the bathroom door left open, and the wardrobe could only be opened halfway as the bed was in the way. Facilities listed were also not accurate. There were no ironing board, hair dryer or slippers provided as listed. Disappointing experience overall.
