The rules for check-in and check-out are set by Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments. Check-in is strictly between 3pm until 8pm unless prior advance notice is given to us. A £25 charge will be incurred if check-in occurs before 3pm or after 8pm. Guests who have not contacted us by 8pm on the day of arrival may not be guaranteed their apartment. Guests MUST telephone Comfort Zone Serviced Apartments at least 1 hour before arrival so that arrangements could be made to meet & greet them at reception. Check-out is strictly by11am. Late check-outs will incur a full day's charge.
- SMOKING
smoking is not permitted in the apartments or in the internal communal areas of the apartment blocks. A charge of £50 will be made from the security deposit, if evidence of smoking is discovered in the apartment.
