A classic London ripoff. Avoid by all means.
This hotel is a classic example for a shameless London “Hotel” ripoff.
There are 3 toilets for the whole hotel, 4 floors, at least 50 people. There are no towels in those toilets and one doesn’t even have a sink to wash your hands. The carpet in the room looks like it wasn’t cleaned since at least one year, I didn’t dare to walk barefoot on it. Small bleak room with a shower cabin in the back, the shabby furniture looked like it was self made and very run down. Thin walls let you hear everything that goes on on your whole floor. Bedside lamp didn’t work.
This might be ok for a backpacker at 15 GBP a night, but not for 90 GBP per night. The guy at the reception even told me proudly that he had some late guests booking the rooms for 120!
I stayed for 2 nights because I had to, as everything else was booked, but I will never stay there again.
The only positive thing about this hotel is the loation close to Paddington station and a nice reception hall.
Avoid this Hotel by all means.
