Fabulous location
The hotel is in the heart of Knightsbridge which made it a great location, very close to the tube station, Harrods and great shopping. Our room was bright, spacious, modern and had a large bathroom too. The shabby foyer and lack of dining room were the only drawbacks to an otherwise superb hotel. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to London.

The hotel is brilliantly located but rooms look nothing like website photos. Hotel is very shabby and in need of redecoration. On arrival we were told we had booked a single room when in fact we had booked a double. We were supposedly transferred to a double but bed was very small and room dingy and dark. There were water stains all over walls in bathroom and the window blinds didn't work. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. However, location was brilliant and staff very friendly. Breakfast was terrible (in our room). Yoghurt not cold and tea brought without any milk. I would recommend that you go out for breakfast.
