Phoenix Heights by BridgeStreet is located in the heart of Canary Wharf, very close to the South Quay Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station. Our building has a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with modern fitted kitchens and large living areas and all furnished to a very high standard. Most apartments have balconies, with many boasting incredible views over the City. This unique property is in close proximity to all Canary Wharf’s shops, bars and restaurants.

Popular attractions such as the O2 arena and Greenwich Village and a host of cultural sights are located within a short distance of our apartments – Phoenix Heights by BridgeStreet.

Full pre-payment must be made upon arrival. A credit card is also required to guarantee the reservation and may be charged should any damages occur in the apartment. A refundable security deposit of £200 pre-authorisation on a credit card is taken for all bookings regardless of length of stay. A picture ID form the lead guest such as driving license must be seen upon arrival and match the name on the credit card used for payment. The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older.

Updating Rates

You can check in from 15:00. You need to check out by 10:00.

Cancellations must be received by 12 noon 3 days prior to the arrival date. If cancellations are received after this time then the charge for the first nights stay will be made (1 nights accommodation charge). For stays of more than 5 nights then the charge for the first two nights will be made. Full pre-payment must be made upon arrival. The credit card used for payment must be presented along with valid photo ID (e.g.passport). A pre-authorisation deposit of £150.00 will also be taken.
