Quality Crown Hyde Park, London  

I must say I was apprehensive when I read some of the previous reviews. However, from the moment we arrived till the time we left, we could not have been treated better. The service provided was second to none. The rooms were exeptionally clean and the towels were replaced every day. Our room was of adequate size. I must say it was rather warm but there was a fan in the room so we could use it if we needed to. The breakfast was excellent - plenty to choose from. One morning we did have to wait a few minutes as the breakfast room was full but that wasn't a problem. The bar service was also excellent. I must give a particular mention to the barman from Lithuania (sorry didn't find out his name). He was really attentitive towards us - there were 8 of us altogether in our party. We did seem to take over the bar when we went in there! He really went out of his way to oblidge, even offering to refrigerate the cake we'd purchased for my parents Golden Wedding, which is why we were in London in the first place. The area was nice and quiet but all amenities within easy reach. I would definetly stay here agein!
